Overview

A cut to length line includes processes like uncoiling, straightening, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking of various coils such as cold or hot rolled carbon steel coils, tin plate coils, stainless steel coils, PPGI/GP/Aluminium Coils. high production of small parts; especially at the time when, long feed strokes are needed. Apart from the standard options, these can also be customized to suit the varied requirements of our clients.

Cut To Length Line are available in a wide range based on sheet thickness to meet the demands of our customers

  • Our cut to length line uses a roll feeding, AC servo drive.
  • It has full length NC control system that ensures fast positioning of coil.
  • The range varies from 500 mm - 2000 mm coil width & 0.20 - 4.0 mm thickness.
  • Fully automatic line requires only 1 operator.
  • Higher length & diagonal accuracy - 0.50 mm.
  • High speed up to 120 MPM.
